Affiliate Terms & Conditions

The RankFox Affiliate Program ("Program") is operated by Pexels360 Solutions LLP ("RankFox", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation as an affiliate ("Affiliate", "you") in the Program.

By submitting an application or participating in the Program, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not apply or participate.

• The Program is invite-only and manually reviewed. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
• Eligibility is restricted to residents of India and the United States only.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have an active online presence — blog, YouTube channel, social media following, or other verifiable digital platform.
• RankFox reserves the sole right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.
• Employees, contractors, and family members of Pexels360 Solutions LLP are not eligible.

Approved Affiliates earn commissions on sales generated through their unique referral link.

• Flat commission rate: 30% of the final sale amount on every confirmed, non-refunded sale attributed to your referral link.
• Monthly bounty: 5% of your total monthly sales value, paid in addition to your 30% commission, when you generate 10 or more sales in a single calendar month.
• Commissions are calculated on the actual amount received by RankFox after payment gateway fees, taxes, and refunds.
• Commissions are earned only on new, first-time purchases. Repeat purchases by the same customer do not generate additional commission unless attributed to a new cookie session.
• Commissions are initially set to Pending status and moved to Approved after a 15-day holding period to account for refund windows.
• RankFox reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with 30 days written notice to active affiliates.

• Cookie duration: 60 days from the date of the visitor's first click on your referral link.
• The referral cookie (rf_ref) is set site-wide and persists across sessions for 60 days.
• Attribution is first-click based. If a visitor has already been referred by another affiliate, your cookie will not overwrite the existing attribution.
• If a visitor clears their cookies or uses a different browser or device, the attribution will be lost and no commission will be earned.
• VPN usage by referred visitors may affect attribution accuracy. RankFox is not liable for lost attributions due to visitor behaviour.
• Self-referrals — purchasing through your own affiliate link — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

The following methods of promotion are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions:

• Self-referrals: Purchasing RankFox products through your own affiliate link, directly or indirectly.
• Paid search bidding: Running paid advertisements on Google, Bing, or any other search engine using RankFox brand terms, including "RankFox", "rankfox.io", or variations thereof.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or DMs containing your affiliate link.
• Fake traffic: Using bots, click farms, paid-to-click services, or any automated means to generate clicks or conversions.
• Misleading claims: Making false or exaggerated claims about RankFox features, pricing, or results.
• Coupon / cashback sites: Posting your referral link on cashback, deal, or coupon aggregator websites without prior written approval from RankFox.
• Cookie stuffing: Placing affiliate cookies on visitors' browsers without their knowledge or without a genuine click on your link.
• Impersonation: Representing yourself as a RankFox employee, partner, or official representative.
• Incentivised clicks: Offering cash, gifts, or any incentive in exchange for clicking your affiliate link or purchasing through it.

• Minimum payout threshold: ₹1,000 for Indian affiliates · $20 for US affiliates.
• Payouts are processed manually by the RankFox admin team. There is no automated payout schedule.
• To request a payout, you must use the Request Payout button in your affiliate dashboard once your approved balance meets the minimum threshold.
• Indian affiliates are paid via UPI or direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You must provide accurate UPI ID or bank account details.
• US affiliates are paid via PayPal. You must provide an active and verified PayPal email address.
• RankFox will process approved payout requests within 7 working days of the request.
• Commissions in Pending status cannot be requested for payout. Only Approved commissions count towards your payout balance.
• RankFox is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the Affiliate.
• All payouts are subject to applicable taxes. Affiliates are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on affiliate income in their jurisdiction.
• RankFox does not issue TDS deduction certificates or Form 1099. Affiliates must maintain their own records.

• You must disclose your affiliate relationship with RankFox clearly and conspicuously in all promotional content, in compliance with applicable advertising disclosure laws (FTC guidelines for US affiliates, ASCI guidelines for Indian affiliates).
• You must not use RankFox's logo, brand assets, or trademarks without prior written permission.
• You must keep your account details, email address, and payment information up to date at all times.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and the platforms you use to promote RankFox.
• You must not promote RankFox on platforms or in communities where such promotion is prohibited by that platform's rules.
• You must notify RankFox immediately if you become aware of any fraudulent activity involving your referral link.

RankFox actively monitors affiliate activity for signs of fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the Program. Our systems track IP addresses, device fingerprints, purchase patterns, and referral behaviour.

• Any affiliate account showing abnormal click-to-conversion ratios, geographic anomalies, or suspicious purchase patterns will be placed under review immediately.
• During a fraud review, all commission payouts for the affected account will be frozen until the review is complete.
• If fraud is confirmed, all commissions — including previously approved amounts — will be permanently forfeited.
• RankFox reserves the right to reverse commissions on orders that are later found to be fraudulent, disputed, or placed in violation of these Terms.
• RankFox may share information with payment processors and law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected fraud.

RankFox may terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to:

• Any violation of the Prohibited Methods listed in Section 4.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity as described in Section 7.
• Providing false information in your affiliate application.
• Engaging in conduct that RankFox deems damaging to its brand, reputation, or business.
• Inactivity — no referral clicks or conversions for a continuous period of 6 months.

Upon termination for cause, all pending and approved commissions are forfeited. Upon termination without cause, approved commissions already earned (not pending) will be paid out subject to the minimum payout threshold.

You may also voluntarily terminate your participation by contacting contact [at] rankfox [dot] io Voluntary termination follows the same payout rules as termination without cause.

• Any dispute regarding commission amounts, attribution, or account status must be raised by emailing contact [at] rankfox [dot] io within 30 days of the disputed event.
• Disputes raised after 30 days will not be considered.
• RankFox will review and respond to disputes within 10 working days.
• RankFox's decision on all disputes is final. There is no further escalation process within the Program.
• Disputes must be raised individually. Class actions or group claims are not permitted under this Program.

RankFox provides the Affiliate Program on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the amount of commission you will earn, the volume of traffic your referral link will generate, or the continued availability of the Program.

• RankFox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
• RankFox's total liability to any Affiliate under any circumstances shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate in the preceding 3 months.
• RankFox is not responsible for technical failures, tracking errors, or lost attributions caused by third-party systems, browser settings, or user behaviour.

RankFox reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Material changes to commission rates will be communicated with 30 days notice via email to your registered affiliate email address.
• Non-material changes (clarifications, formatting, editorial updates) may be made without notice.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
