No Refund Policy

RankFox operates on a strict no-refund policy. Here's why, and what that means for you:

When you pay for a RankFox report, the full report — 100 topics, slugs, scores, and site intelligence — is generated and made available to you instantly. Because the service is rendered immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once a report has been generated.

What This Means

  • All purchases of RankFox reports are final and non-refundable.
  • This applies regardless of whether you choose to use the report or not.
  • Partial refunds are not available.
  • Currency exchange losses are not compensated.

Cancellations

Since RankFox is a pay-per-use service with no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. You simply pay when you need a report. You are never charged automatically or recurring.

Exceptions

We will consider exceptions in the following rare cases:

  • Your payment was processed but your report was never generated due to a technical error on our end.
  • You were charged twice for the same report due to a payment gateway error.

In such cases, email us at contact [at] rankfox [dot] io with your transaction ID and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a genuine dispute, please contact us at contact [at] rankfox [dot] io before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
