By accessing or using RankFox at rankfox.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use RankFox. These terms apply to all users, including those who purchase paid reports.

Description of Service

RankFox is a pay-per-use SEO content gap analysis tool operated by Pexels360 Solutions LLP. Upon entering a domain and niche, RankFox generates a report containing topic recommendations, keyword data, URL slugs, and site intelligence insights. Reports are generated using third-party APIs including DataForSEO and Anthropic Claude.

Payments

• Reports are priced at INR 449 per report unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely via PayU. RankFox does not store payment card details.
• Access to the full paid report is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Since reports are generated instantly upon payment, all sales are final. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Use of Reports

• Reports are for your personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
• Report data is generated using AI and third-party keyword data. While we strive for accuracy, results are not guaranteed.
• RankFox does not guarantee any specific SEO outcomes from implementing the recommendations in a report.

AI-Generated Content

Topic titles, slugs, and site intelligence insights are generated using Anthropic Claude AI. These are recommendations only. You should review and adapt all AI-generated content before publishing. See our AI Content Disclaimer for full details.

Prohibited Use

• You may not use RankFox to generate reports for illegal or harmful purposes.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy RankFox's underlying systems.
• You may not use automated tools to generate reports in bulk without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pexels360 Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RankFox or reliance on report data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant report.

Intellectual Property

The RankFox brand, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Pexels360 Solutions LLP. Report content generated for you is yours to use for your own business purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
